You cannot use thread lifts if you have an autoimmune disease, allergies, or infections. If you have had permanent fillers such as silicone or are pregnant.
Exposure to the sun and UV rays is not recommended for two weeks following the procedure.
The most important precaution is to not touch the treated area! Also, avoid going to the dentist or opening your mouth too wide. Sauna and steam rooms are also forbidden for 10 days, and any exposure to significant temperature changes.
The skin may be slightly swollen for two days following the procedure. You may also notice some very minor folds in the treated areas.
Avoid all physical activity for 24 hours and contact sports for 3 weeks.
